The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were its cleanliness, convenient location right near the metro station Jesmond, and the friendly staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the bathrooms. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city, as it was really close to the city centre and the metro station. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station Jesmond and really close to the city center. The convenience of having a late closing Coop shop across the street was a bonus. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely guest lounge and a patio area with benches. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The manager was extremely approachable, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived late at night, they still checked me in with a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, and served by very polite staff. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the underground. I also appreciated the option to adjust the room temperature with the electric radiator.
