The hotel had clean and spacious rooms. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly. The hotel provided a good breakfast with plenty of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to Bristol University.

The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and within walking distance to the train station. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily return to the hotel. We also appreciated the availability of hand sanitizers throughout the hotel, which made us feel safe during our stay.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center. The staff, especially Carmen in the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the main shopping centre, with easy access through an underpass and pedestrian crossings. Despite the current situation, transportation was easily accessible, whether it was by train or exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bathroom was lovely. this hotel provided the best hotel experience I've had so far.

The rooms were secure, clean, and comfortable, with a nice big shower. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room quiet and comfortable. The 12 o'clock checkout was convenient.
