Clean and bright room with modern furnishings. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace bar is beautiful. Buffet style breakfast with a wide choice.
Everything was spot on.
The hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities. Parking and transportation were convenient, with close proximity to Waterloo station. It was also in a great location, with an easy walk to the Thames and all the sights, as well as plenty of pubs to choose from. Special mention to Klaudia for her excellent service and banter. Additionally, it was within a 20-minute walk to Covent Garden and the theatres. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with immaculate rooms and trendy design. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar, offering great views of this city. The location was perfect, with the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth II Hall, Waterloo foot Bridge, and the London Eye just a short distance away. The hotel also had convenient transportation options, with bus stops just a minute away and easy access to Waterloo and the restaurants on The Cut. The breakfast provided was the best we have ever had at any hotel, with a wide range of options and a clean and well-stocked buffet. The staff were plentiful, pleasant, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing.
Cleanliness was excellent, rooms and common areas were always spotless. Hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar with its stunning view. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Southbank Center and The London Eye. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly.
