The hotel's location right by the sandy beach was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach within minutes of stepping out of the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, and it was clear that they had recently been decorated and modernized. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast provided was just the right amount and the service was excellent.

The hotel is in a superb position on the sea front, very close to all the attractions. It is near enough to stroll into the town or the main sea front, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel is directly opposite the beach at the quieter caister end, offering beautiful views. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was good, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of options to cater for everyone's preferences.
