The guest house was spotlessly clean with a warm welcome. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main town and attractions, as well as being near the seafront. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I have already booked another stay.

The hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location close to the seafront made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the option to bring my own dinner and dine with other guests was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house near the seafront with good food and coffee. The hotel provided a delicious and satisfying breakfast every morning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the South Parade Pier and near the ferry port for Southsea and other destinations.

Hotel facilities, location for Wedgewood rooms gig, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The hotel had off-street parking and easy access to the seafront, making it a convenient choice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and leave our car parked after check-out.
