The staff at this hotel were super-pleasant and efficient, making our check-in, check-out, and taxi arrangements hassle-free. The bar and restaurant had friendly and flexible staff, creating a comfortable and relaxed ambience. The main courses and desserts were well-cooked and satisfying, with a lengthy fish menu that impressed us. The modern decor of the hotel was pleasant, and our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a strong power-shower. Additionally, the extensive cooked breakfast menu alongside a reasonable buffet was a great start to our day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and polite. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre, a local Tesco, and a casino. We also appreciated the off-road parking and the variety of transportation options available. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options and the food was excellent. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
