I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to Ferry Meadows and Orton Mere. It was so convenient to have such beautiful views of the surrounding area, while still being just a short drive away from the city center and the A1 M. I loved taking relaxing walks in the nearby park-like area. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices and freshly cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and provided great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The king size bed was excellent and incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and offered a great view of the beautiful Orton Mere. The hotel staff, from reception to the bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a lovely lake just nearby.
All was perfect, no negative aspects to mention.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Situated close to the city centre, it also offered amazing views of the lake, giving it a countryside feel.
