Cleanliness - The room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel facilities - The hotel had great facilities, including a casino and a spacious breakfast area. Location for the Ricoh Arena - The hotel was conveniently located right next to the Ricoh Arena and restaurants at a local shopping park. Breakfast - The breakfast was plentiful, well presented, and delicious. Staff - The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
Noisy surroundings - Passersby kept us up all night due to a lack of soundproofing. Unexpected additional charge - The hotel wanted to charge an extra £150 on top of the room rate, even though we had stayed there many times before without this issue.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, even when my husband locked his key inside the room. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fluffy towels that were a big improvement compared to other places we have stayed at. The free parking was a big plus, and the proximity to the Coventry Arena was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Marianne, were very helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M6 and easy to find. The parking facilities were also satisfactory. The hotel has a number of well-known dining options nearby. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. Breakfast had a great choice of food, catering to different preferences. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, including the shower with good water pressure and temperature.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the cookie warmer! The room was larger than expected and had all the amenities we needed. The location was very convenient, especially for the conference we were attending in the arena. It was also easy to reach from the M1 motorway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were tastefully designed and elegant, one of the nicest we've had. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and helpful, with a warm and efficient receptionist and a delightful and helpful lady at breakfast. The location was very convenient, being close to the local Arena Shopping Centre with restaurants and shops to pass the time.
