I had a wonderful stay in this hotel in a deluxe twin room. The room was clean with hot water and good pressure in the shower. The toiletries provided were from the 'This Works' brand. The location was fantastic, within a 10-15 minute walk to the castle, cathedral, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from nearby. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were welcoming and friendly. They were attentive and quickly resolved any issues, such as when we had to change rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view over the River Wear was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-run spa. The fluffy spa towels were a lovely touch. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the center of the city where the bars and square were located. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, including Durham Cathedral and Durham Castle. The staff were courteous and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The spacious room was warm and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The large bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the in-room tea and coffee making facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was more than adequate, offering a wide variety of options.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of this city. The location was ideal, with the cathedral, bars, restaurants, and shops all within close proximity. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. One particular staff member, Simon, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel also offered ample space for a group of friends, making it a perfect choice for a girls' weekend away. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
