We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was very near the NEC and Resorts World. It was also conveniently located close to Birmingham International train station, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the wide range of choices to eat or shop in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the event I attended, right next to the arena. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, they couldn't do enough for me. The rooms were always kept tidy and the breakfast selection was great. Dinner was a revelation, with every dish being tasty and enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The hotel provided nice bathroom products and an extra bonus was the sleep spray. Biscuits, tea, coffee, and a bottle of water were all provided, along with a fridge. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a 2-minute walk to the NEC and Resorts World. The staff were also very helpful during our stay.

The staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service from check-in to room service to the restaurant. The location was perfect for the NEC and transportation was convenient. We enjoyed a delicious and beautifully served dinner as room service, as well as a brilliant breakfast. The hotel was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable room and a great night's sleep.
