We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was excellent, being very close to the train station and underground. It made it really easy for us to access transportation and explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast options were fantastic, giving us a good start to our day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
Nothing, all was good.
I had full freedom, with self-entry and no need to meet staff or go to reception. The bed was comfy, the room clean and cozy. Great location close to public transport and with restaurants nearby. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a high standard ensuite that was immaculate. The staff at the front reception were exceptional - friendly and helpful. The location in the musically legendary West Hampstead area was so convenient, being right next to the underground station and close to public transport to go anywhere in this city.
