Set a 5-minute ride from Gulliver's Kingdom Family Theme Park, the 4-star Cedar House B&B Matlock features WiFi in the rooms as well as private parking on site. Clean and well-equipped ensuite with a powerful shower. Extremely close to the city centre, but not affected by traffic noise. Convenient off-road parking available. Delicious and satisfying breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Peak District attractions and the town, with its lovely park and selection of independent eateries and bars, was just behind the main road. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious fresh fruit salad and a wonderful range of cooked options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and their knowledge of the local area was a great help.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. It was also well equipped for making tea and coffee. The hotel provided a wide range of options for breakfast, which was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just across the little bridge into the park and close to lots of eating places, making it ideal for exploring Peak District attractions and strolling about the town with its lovely park and wide selection of independent eateries and bars.
