Clean and cozy rooms with comfortable beds. Great continental breakfast provided. Convenient location within walking distance to the city center. Good bus service available for easy transportation
For us it was ideal.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, and even though I was traveling alone, I felt cozy and comfortable in my room. The shared bathroom, located next door, was always clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast served in the dining room downstairs. The interior of the hotel was truly authentic and had a homely feel to it. Additionally, the location was quite close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was central and convenient to transportation, and it was surprisingly quiet. The best thing was the breakfast - it was incredibly generous and delicious. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The rooms were cozy and the sleeping arrangements were great. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting.

I absolutely loved the location of this guesthouse. It was close to the Royal Mile, making it super convenient for our night out in town. Plus, it was very close to everything we wanted to see, including the famous Edinburgh Castle. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room had everything I needed, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
