We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to Alton Towers and the town centre of Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast which was excellent quality and value for money. The staff provided excellent service and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area near the main town centre, which made it easy for me to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided on-site parking, which was a great convenience.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was great, very near the town centre. The beds were really comfy and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was lovely.
