Staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect for airport access and conveniently close to Donington racing park. The room was beautifully decorated in a nice Victorian style, with a comfortable bed and soft robes. Breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff attending to the tables were friendly and professional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were excellent. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and we were impressed with the variety offered for breakfast. The hotel facilities, including the pool and additional features like the sauna and Turkish sauna, were well-maintained and enjoyable. We also appreciated the electric fan provided in our room, which was a great help during the hot weather. The location of the hotel was convenient for our visit to Nottingham University, as well as being close to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were amazing, with a pool, hot tub, saunas, and even an ice room. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill a special birthday request. The attached restaurant served a lovely breakfast, and we were grateful for the option of parking in the staff car park. The hotel's cleanliness and location to the leisure area made our stay even more enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The hotel's location very close to East Midlands Airport made it convenient for our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with no dust or hairs to be found. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the pool, hot tub, and saunas, which were all amazing. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
