We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel facilities were brilliant, with comfortable rooms and a spacious bathroom that looked newly refurbished. The cleanliness was spotless throughout the hotel, making us feel at ease. Additionally, the location was perfect for traveling on the A1, providing easy access to the local area. we had a wonderful time thanks to the amazing staff and excellent hotel facilities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite the kitchen being closed, they made us sandwiches when we arrived after being stuck in traffic for 5 hours. The hotel itself was in great condition and had all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient, as it was just off the A1 and perfect for a stopover on our way to Cumbria. The cleanliness was impeccable and we loved the heated flooring in the bathroom.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and had lovely cotton bed linen. The blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel is making an effort to reduce single-use plastic, which is commendable. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious with generous portions. There was plenty of choice for meals. The room was well appointed with comfortable seats. The bathroom was spotless and I appreciated the water in the fridge as I arrived late and forgot to buy some. The large comfy bed was a highlight, and the bathroom had underfloor heating. The hotel was quiet and had triple glazed windows, as well as comfortable air conditioning. The hotel is also dog-friendly, charging a reasonable fee per dog per night. The restaurant and reception area looked inviting, although I didn't try them.

Lauren, who did not give her name, stood out with her exceptional cheerfulness and helpfulness throughout the weekend. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The location was very convenient, as it was just off the A1 and perfect for our overnight stopover. We also found the hotel facilities to be impressive, especially the air conditioning and the good Wi-Fi.

The hotel's easy accessibility and perfect location made our stay convenient for our travels. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and cooked fresh to order. We were impressed by the varied menu and the delicious breakfast. The air conditioning in the room made for a comfortable night's sleep, and we couldn't hear any traffic noise from the road.
