We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right opposite the pier and close to all attractions on the bay. The room was very clean and had a lovely sea view. The staff were welcoming and polite, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right on the beach and close to all attractions. I enjoyed being just a short walk away from the bustling shopping area of Mostyn Street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a special dining room for dogs and a lovely view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure my needs were met at all times. I particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast, with a made-to-order menu and a generous buffet with fresh fruits and pastries. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with comfortable beds and Elemis bath products provided. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal, right next to the pier with great views of the sea. Everywhere on the sea front is easily accessible from here. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the facilities provided were excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.
