The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The hotel had a pleasant overall appearance, both inside and out. There was free car parking available at the front of the hotel. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff were helpful and gave me directions to the town centre, which was just a short walk away. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
