Located within 10 minutes' drive of the prehistoric caves "Kents Cavern", this Paignton bed & breakfast features 8 rooms with views of the sea.

The hotel has a bar with a billiards table and karaoke. Big Baps with British cuisine is located merely a 5-minute walk away.

The property is placed about 45 km from Exeter International airport and a 10-minute drive from such cultural venues as Torquay Musuem Museum. The Beaches Guesthouse is also situated within minutes of the pleasure Paignton Pier.

This hotel was close to the beach and had easy access to all amenities in the area. We didn't need to use our car during our whole six-day stay. The beach was within walking distance, as well as the pier. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options, including homemade jam. The staff were friendly and made an effort to accommodate our needs.
Absolutely nothing.
We had an amazing stay just off the seafront at Preston Sands. The hotel was within walking distance of the Beaches B&B, and a few minutes walk from Preston Sea Front with the beach and The Boathouse Inn. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent. The parking space was a bit tight but we managed to find one easily. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to bars and shops. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The room was bright, airy, and clean, with a nice size big bed. Everything I needed was provided, including tea, coffee, biscuits, and even two bottles of water. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the seafront, yet just far enough away from the town noise. It was also conveniently close to a lot of amenities in the area.
