We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The receptionist greeted us warmly and check-in was quick and easy. Our twin room was extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and we loved the large rain shower head. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city was convenient for us, as it provided easy access to major motorways and the outdoor smoking area was a plus.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Leanne who was a real asset to the hotel. The hotel had plenty of parking and was located in a lovely area. It was just a short drive to the city centre and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant and facilities were excellent. The staff at reception were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that my elderly mother and I had a convenient room near the front door and on the ground floor. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided a great breakfast and dinner at the Queen Anne Pub & Restaurant, with a comfortable bed and reliable internet. Additionally, the free parking and the hotel's location near the city centre were added conveniences.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Donna in reception was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. The staff at the bar were attentive and provided a separate vegetarian menu. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a great menu with vegetarian options. The hotel was located in the center of town.
