We loved the hotel's location in the heart of Grassmarket, right by the rectangular plaza. It was so easy to walk to the shops, cafés, and pubs in the area. The views from the front of the hotel, especially of the Castle, were amazing. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfasts were delicious.

Located in a perfect location within walking distance of many main attractions, including the famous Grass Market Square, the Royal Mile, and the castle. The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
This hotel had the best location for exploring the city on foot, with easy access to Princes St and the bustling night life of GrassMarket. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues. When the heating wasn't working in my room, they promptly moved me to a new room. The hotel facilities were great, although the bar and restaurant were not open during my stay, they provided access to these facilities at a sister hotel next door. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the castle from my window. The proximity to everything in the Old Town area was fantastic. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond, with one staff member even taking my bar order and bringing it to my room personally.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection of bars and restaurants nearby. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.
