We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were polite and helpful. The hotel was modern and clean, with excellent facilities. We loved how close it was to everything in the city center, including restaurants, parks, and car parks. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we were within walking distance of all the main shops and the Arndale Center. We also appreciated the proximity to Victoria train station, which made it convenient for us to catch a train to the airport. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection and the staff were friendly.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the city centre with shops and bars, yet still quiet. The modern layout and lovely room, along with the impressive entrance lobby and front desk, made for a great stay. The staff, especially Lily, were very nice and supportive, making my quick check-in process smooth.
